Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on beta.resulabs.com, operated by Mohammed Atheequr Rahman (“ResuLabs,” “we,” “us”).

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to ResuLabs are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund, credit, or reversal will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether you have used the purchased plan, credits, or features.

This applies to, without limitation:

  • Subscription payments (including unlimited resume storage/tailoring plans)
  • Any AI resume tailoring/optimization run against a job description
  • Any AI insight panel (match score, pros/cons, chances estimate) generated
  • Any other paid feature, whether used or unused
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality or job match results (these are estimates, not guarantees — see our Terms and Conditions)
  • Not landing an interview or job offer after using the Service
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use a purchased plan
  • Account suspension or ban resulting from a violation of our Terms and Conditions

By making a payment on ResuLabs, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is final at the moment payment is confirmed.

2. Billing Errors

This policy governs refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction. It does not limit your right to dispute a genuine billing error — such as being charged twice for the same order, or being charged without the corresponding plan/credits being applied to your account due to a technical fault on our end. If you believe such an error has occurred, contact us at hello@resulabs.com with your registered email and transaction ID, and we will investigate and correct the billing error where confirmed. This is a correction of an error, not a refund of a validly completed transaction.

3. Beta Notice

ResuLabs is currently in beta. This is a strict no-refund policy as we finalize our pricing model. Any future changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
